I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, just by the scenic Tuyen Lam Lake surrounded by stunning pine trees. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like the photos promised, which I appreciated. However, the service left a lot to be desired; some of the staff were unfriendly and even disrespectful. The dining options were also disappointing and could definitely be improved.
